The KX-TG9344T DECT 6.0 Expandable Digital Cordless Phone with All-Digital Answering System lets you move freely around your home with long range and amazingly clear sound. It also assures greater protection against eavesdropping for all your calls. Operating in the 1.9GHz frequency range, your phone will not conflict with other wireless devices such as computer routers, wireless keyboards, microwave ovens and other common household devices. Now you can program each handset to ring at your discretion. Before going to sleep, simply set the bedside handset to Night Mode so that it won't ring in your bedroom. In the meantime, the handset in the den will still ring when that important call comes in, without disturbing the person who's sleeping. Now you don't have to be holding the phone to see who's calling. Using text-to-speech technology, the Caller ID information is announced between rings. The KX-TG9344T also boasts a talking alarm clock that will tell you when it's time for lunch, and a talking battery alert that politely tells you when your battery is low, with a "please charge phone" reminder. The Light-Up Indicator with Ringer Alert at the base of the antenna will flash quickly to show that you have an incoming call, and it will flash slowly to let you know you have a new message.  Excellent phone system December 2, 2008
A lot of techno improvements have occurred since my last phone system. This was easy to set up, is very easily customized and has good sound quality. Other reviews suggested that the sound quality was tinny but we do not find it so. A few more ring options might be nice. I was pleased enough that I purchased the additional 2 handsets to bring it up to the maximum of 6 by removing an older pair. The convenience of accessing and adding memorized numbers from any handset is great, as is the ability to access the answering machine from anywhere in the house. The range is good for our 2100 sq. ft. home and the area immediately outside. Indeed, as advertised, it does not appear to interfere with my FM reception or interact with my wireless modem.

Panasonic has always made some of the best and most reliable telephones. I have been using Panasonic phones for 24 years and have never been disappointed with their product. This phone system is excellent because it functions extremely well, is easy to use, easy to setup and has many nice features. I am pleased Panasonic has included backlit keypads once again. It is especially convenient if you need to make a call during the night because there is no need to turn on a light. Highly recommended.
Excellent product November 29, 2008
I bought this system to replace an older wireless phone system and am very pleased with the range, quality of sound, and lack of interference on the line. The installation and use of the system is simple even for those of us who are technically-challenged.
Wonderful Phones Which Actually Work! November 29, 2008
I purchased these phones after returning a set of Uniden cordless that I put up with for 2 years. Although Panasonic received excellent reviews, I'd been burned by cordless phones before and wasn't expecting a lot.
Needless to say, I am thrilled with the quality of these phones. They allow you to pick up as soon as they ring, they don't drop calls, and the sound is clear. The answering machine doesn't beep annoyingly when there is a new message. Of course, you do have to remember to look at it since the blinking light indicates a new message.
The menu and buttons are clearly marked; programming is easy. I would definitely recommend these phones to anyone who needs a quality multi-handset system for the home.

We really like this phone system. We especially like that the caller ID message is announced through every handset.
