It is everything I wanted in a hand vac. Powerful and adaptable. The filter is amazing with it's twist cleaning feature and emtying the waste is quick and easy. 5 stars for this item.

Great suction, great battery life, quick charging, easy to use, not too heavy, doesn't get clogged up. Had one of these for over six months and have recommended it, and even bought one for my son at college.
A few small issues that are excusable at this price:
- Cleaning out the dirt catch is a inconvenient; there should be a way to get all the dirt out without going in and wiping it down. Blowing it out gets your face dirty.
- That dirt catch is a little too small. 50% larger would be great.
- Not sure why there are two speeds; who wouldn't want to floor it all the time? Could have cut a little expense out of it (and could have made the catch bigger).
- The "extension" on the end of the snout is a waste of time. Remove it and make the catch bigger.
- One more click up on the angle adjustment would be cool.

I love it. It has lots of power and is easy to empty. However, my wife and kids hate it because it's so loud. The kids plug their ears, and my wife leaves the room when I use it. Because of this, it's not very useful even though it works great.

We wanted to replace our aged Black and Decker handheld vac with something that would go longer and pickup more dirt. This vacuum is a little loud, but it really works. And you can clean it out fairly easily without having to grab the dirty filter all the time, like with the dustbuster style vacs. I would recommend it. While it says it can be wall mounted, I find the stand it is on works best freestanding. This thing would look weird and stick out too far on the wall.
