Product Description
The APSAM universal articulating arm mount supports virtually any display up to 55" with hole patterns up to 27.7" horizontally and 19" vertically. The APSAM also features a full 27" of extension and up to 150 degrees of rotation for larger displays, it also folds to a low 3.5" profile as has +/-15 degrees of tilt. The APSAM mount is designed with a lift and lock design for ease of installation and is constructed with a 17" wall plate which is specifically designed for installation to standard 16" studs. The APSAM is well constructed with 27 LBS of 100% High Grade Steel providing a sturdy and reliable mount.

We purchased this for our 42 inch tv because we wanted to put it high upon the wall but also be able to move it around. This mount was relatively inexpensive compared to what limited ones we found in our area. This mount was very versitale it moves the tv from flat against the wall to out almost verticle to the wall. It was very heavy and that assures it is not a flimsy thin metal that makes you worry about your tv. We attached it to the wall by first attaching 1 inch thick by 36 inch long by 12 inch wide wood to the studs in the wall. We painted the wood to the color of our wall. We then bought 2 1/2 to 3 inch screws because we wanted to make sure the screws were secure into the studs. We attched the mount thru the stablizing wood. Make sure you attach it to the tv by the right end because this mount also tilts the tv by about 30%. This mount has been truly great.

I mounted an LG 42 in LCD on this and even at full extension, eveything was solid and I had no doubt about the mount holding up. It was easy to install and had most of the required hardware with it. I did have to come up with some shorter screws to attach the tv but no problem.
I would recomend this for any mid size tv.

I bought this tv mount even though it can handle flat screens much bigger than my 32" Sony. I plan on putting a larger screen in this area one day. The reduced price was one of the main reasons I bought this as well as Cheetah's reputation for putting out a good product. I have an alcove in my living room which was designed for an entertainment center. Because this mount allows the screen to move forward off the wall was another reason for my decision as I enjoy the way the screen appears to be floating. I installed the mount in about an hour with the help of a buddy of mine. The mount is heavy (heavier than the flat screen) so you need someone to help with the burden of planning the perfect height, leveling, etc.

very sturdy easily installed couldnt beat the price and after showing it to some family members they are going to install one as well ..trickiest part was running the cables for my install as i intended to mount it on a side wall in the bedroom and planned on opening and closing it every day but with a few minutes and black electrical tape they are out of sight and out of harms way so they dont bind in the hinges..moves very freely but stays exactly where you put it which is great wish i could post a pic but i recommend it, it allowed me to mount my hd cable box flat to the wall behind the tv so when its closed you dont see it and there isnt any shelves or clutter

I was concerned that this mount would break since it has such a long extension, but the build quality is fantastic. It's very heavy and made of thick metal. If you are mounting a 32" the back plate is going to be huge, but the tv will barely be bigger.
