 Worked better than expected! September 20, 2008
The device works great. I'm using a Samsung DLP TV, Yamaha receiver, and DirecTivo. Learning buttons cover the Tivo thumbs up/down. Macro buttons switch to and from XBox360. Controls volume through the receiver no matter what device is active. Works great!

I received this remote and was a little unsure of how it was going to work being I had purchased other items that said they could do the same thing with no luck. Programmed it for all my needs, it works great. The learning function is wonderful. Only down side for it was that it seems a little large for comfortable use.

I am simply delighted with this remote. Whatever was not already preprogrammed, you can just make it learn it in a matter of seconds.
I can use it with my Olevia TV (doesn't have it in the memory, but learning works like a charm) which was impossible with my cable remote. Great thing is that it has enough extra buttons so you can configure it how ever you like.
On top of that, you can easily mix and match (not literally, but due to it's learning capabilities) components controls, so i can have on my "TV" setup volume working on a TV volume +/-, but at the same time channel working on a cable channel +/-. Or on "DVD" setup i have volume assigned to receiver so i don't have to change to "AUDIO" setup just to change volume.
For the money, it is definitely a good product. No complaints, only praise.
I am using it to control: TV (Olevia), cable box, 2 DVD players (toshiba and rca) and receiver (yamaha). Whatever else i add to that setup...i have enough configuration capabilities to cover it.

I bought the One For All Universal Remte with Learning # URC-10820 and in all respects is good for some devices, but Not For All. It fails to link to my Directtv Receiver, even with the codes provided for this receiver. Not even in search. Now I have to look for one that will work with ALL my devices. Let the consumer know what 'IT WON'T' work with.
